Thank you for your business & taking the time to post this review. WindowEstore

Thanks you for your business and taking the time to write the review.....we strive for the best customer experience possible. Typically when we review the window order with the customers, we set their expectations on delivery around 4-6 weeks, did we not have that conversation with you? If not, our apologies. Regardless of size or style, all of our windows are custom made to order, even the "standard" sizes. We're not aware of any manufacturer with a quicker turnaround time on a custom sized casement window. We always do everything we can to get the windows to the customer as quickly as possible so hopefully this one arrives under the 4-6 weeks estimated. WindowEstore
