Dear Eddie, Thank you for your continued trust and loyalty! It means a lot to us that you keep coming back whenever you need a rental. We’re always happy to help and look forward to assisting you again on your future trips! Kind regards, Rachel from Wisecars.
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re really glad to hear that Mark was able to assist you so effectively and provide a timely resolution. We’ll be sure to pass along your kind words to him. We also appreciate you highlighting the issue with the currency display. Clear and transparent pricing is extremely important, and your feedback helps us identify where we can improve. We’ve shared your comments with our team so we can review how currency information is presented and make it more explicit throughout the booking flow. Thank you again! Kind regards, Rachel from Wisecars.
