Wolf & Badger
Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We are so sorry to hear that you received the wrong item and for the understandable disappointment this has caused you. As items are sent from our independent brands directly, we will address this issue with the designer to avoid such situations happening in the future. Although your order was shipped as soon as possible by the brand using an express service, as it was an international delivery, on this occasion we were not able to get your order delivered to you within your estimated delivery window due to delays in your local customs department. I can see that a team member has been in touch to assist with your enquiry and will continue to assist with resolving this. If there is anything further we can do to assist you please do not hesitate to let us know. Best wishes, Anita
