I ordered a "Heavy Duty Adjustable Twist Hose Nozzle Jet Sweeper" after seeing a glittering advert on Facebook which claimed the nozzle design developed high pressure ("you will no longer need a jet-washer") and showed dirt being dramatically washed away on cars and driveways. The package comes with multiple hose fittings (why?) and a pathetic plastic nozzle which does less than a regular hose nozzle. Sadly, a con.
Wish I had read the reviews before buying. Stupidly I thought that it was a European company. Now, 12 days after paying for my products I’ve no idea where they are or when they’ll be delivered. They’re just ‘in transit’. Scam.
I am glad that we have Trustpilot service on-line tool. I was also getting ready to use yoycart.com, and now I will avoid it. Lots of things in the functionality of their website they did alerted me. LIVE HELP banner = always disabled. I did use internal site message system, someone named as Administrator, he reply messages by using his personal opinion. I am after, a used digital benchtop AC power meter, 4~5 Kg of weight. I did find five product listings, and requested from them, to verify for me, price and product weight before of me making a payment. And they do not collaborate. They even delete my messages on the chat system, which they had product listings numbers of products that I am interested for. I did not lost money, but I lost time, browsing for hours their useless search engine, so I in person to discover listings with the product model that I seek. My advice, no matter of how desperate you feel, so to get a hard to find product, DO NOT use this service. And always delete your shipping address and VAT personal data from their website.
I placed an order for 3 PMST 33 solonoids which was USD 1.18 each and USD 410 freight after various e-mails that its being despatch, I got hold of customer service, that said my order is not being despatched the price per solonoid is now USD 1473. each. I just got back in the internet and see them still advertising the product, This company is a scam, and must be reported to the chinese business of commerce
Do not buy from this company. Prices stated are not even close to what is actually charged. Insane shipping costs and credit card fees come on top of that. Scam.
Yoycart did not refund me my money! There is still 62SEK missing, and the will not see that. I payed 269,51USD, they refund 269,51USD, but the exchange rate hade change, so I are missing 62SEK. That is not my problem, now I have to pay, wright? I know now whay Yoycart have bad rep.
I have ordered bearing from their web site. I have paid 27.77$ for shipping. That ask 60$ more for shipping and do not return payment. Total scam. Avoid!
Typical bait and switch company. The price was $20/piece on their web page so I ordered 4. After a couple of days I received an email stating the price is actually $287/piece. I asked them to refund the money they already charged my credit card for, but they did not do that. I am working with my credit card company to recover my money.
Reading previous comments, I was very skeptical to buy in this shop. I needed a old electronic card for my air conditioner in Spain and was impossible to buy in other part. Price was not exactly the same as they offered, they want more for the shipping, but the shipping was very fast and electronic card is working perfectly!. I saved a lot of euros at the end not needing to change the whole air conditioning system.
I tried to place order for one solenoid valve which was priced at USD359 on the website. After payment, i was notified that the item shall be USD1960each and the ordering lead time will be 2 months. I disagreed and cancelled the order. Currently still awaiting refund process.
This place does not guarantee any products they sell, even if they are broken. Even if you pay a higher price for the items you order, even if you order a higher quality product, they send you anything that is different from the picture or description. Not only that, they charge an additional card payment fee without any notice. This is an incredible shopping mall. As to why they sent other items, they make ridiculous excuses. If you want to buy something here, you have to think of it as wasted money and buy it. They don't know what quality they buy, so they send them randomly.
After reading all the bad reviews here I I was very sceptical but decided to take the risk since Yoycart is the only website where I found the very specific product I was looking for. Overall it took less than two weeks from order date for me to receive the product in the UK. The product was EXACTLY as described and what I was looking for. Throughout the experience the communication from Yoycart side was also great. Very positive experience!

I ordered 2 items that were very hard to find from anywhere else. The first item turned up today without any problems at all. Price was is displayed on the website. This was painless. The next one was as per the "scam" that many people mention i.e. pay the price as per the website - plus postage and then get emails saying the price is wrong and they want more money. The item went from $2.55 per item to over $20 per item. After numerous emails i cancelled the order - i hate this kind of behaviour. I know i will probably never see my money again. So - as per other posts here - buyer beware - these people can choose to unreasonable when they decide to act stupid. By the way - the item is still on the website at $2.55 per item I will never use these people again
The item I required was for sale. I paid in full and two days later i was told the item is not available from their supplier. It may take up to 30 days for a refund to my card. SCAM. I just checked the website and they still offer the item for sale. Buyer beware. Others have had good results with Yoycart. I say it is a scam. Yoycart should remove this item from their site immediately, if it is no longer available.
I bought 2 ag tyres to test as I saw a market in Australia for them. Wow am I glad I only bought 2. A costly experience but better than had I bought a load. The tyres split on every chevron on the second outing. One so badly it exploded. I photographed the shredded remains and email yoycart ... Their response "so sorry my dear this product is depend on supplier". How patronising is that.? They didn't even offer to forward the issue to a supplier. My recommendation DO NOT TOUCH THESE PEOPLE. Product rubbish, service even worse.
Much like everyone else I needed to order something from TaoBao to the Unites States and I found the item very easily on this site. I placed and paid for my order (with a credit card) on April 2nd and I had it in my hands in the USA on the 13th. Now considering it had to be purchased from TaoBao shipped to the warehouse, repackaged and shipped to me this was VERY FAST. I've waited for packages from abroad for a month sometimes two, sometimes more. The shipping cost was also fairly priced, and correct from the start so I didn't have to pay a difference. Lastly the website is very nicely done. If you want to keep track of the process the best way is to go into your account because you can see every step from when the order is placed, to the warehouse waiting to receive it, package it, send it, tracking etc. ALL THE INFORMATION IS THERE. In addition they really do have 24/7 chat available if you need help. Just be patient and someone will answer - sometimes it can be a few minutes but I just did other stuff around it. All in all it was a pleasant, effortless shopping experience and I would order through this service again :) I think it's also important to have realistic expectations. Shipping of bulky/heavy items will cost more. Depending on the shipping service time can vary. TaoBao listings, like any other listings, are not always 100% accurate and this won't be known until yoycart tries to purchase/receives your order. For example the dimensions & weight of an item may be different so the shipping will have to be altered accordingly. Frustrating as these things might be yoycart would have no control over them, so it would be unfair to hold it against them.
I took a risk even after reading all the bad comment...But I must say, other then the poor tracking trought email, because you need to login to see the order status, my order was perfect and shipped with UPS international to Canada. I'll order again without hesitation.
Following order and payment, I was informed that the product was out of stock. At time of ordering there were, according to the website, 78000 units in stock, after being told they were out, there were 78000 units in stock on the website... Refunds impossible, luckily only a few Euros, but avoid at all costs, obviously fraud.
