Do not buy from zphcstore.com. It is a scam site full of red flags. Big email services like Hotmail and Outlook block their emails. They claim to accept different payment methods, but after you order, they force you to pay with Bitcoin only.
They have the worst customer service ever. They talk to you until you pay, but as soon as they get your money, they stop replying.
Even if customs rejects your package and sends it back to them, they will not give your money back or send it again. Although thier own site return and refund policy mentions something else

My Experience with Zphcstore.com
I placed an order of around $900 shipped to Saudi Arabia. Before paying, I contacted the company several times with questions about shipping to Saudi, customs risks, and delivery. They assured me they usually ship to Saudi Arabia without any problem. I went ahead based on that answer and on their website, which stated delivery in 8 to 10 days and a policy that orders stuck at customs or lost in transit could be reshipped.
After payment, communication dropped sharply. Important questions were ignored and replies became very short.
My shipment was seized by Saudi customs and sent back to China. When I contacted ZPHC, and specifically their representative John, they refused to reship my order or refund my money. Instead, John offered me a 30% discount on my next order, as if I would pay them again after losing my first order completely. After that, he stopped replying to my messages and emails.
I was told they do not refund or reship seized orders to Saudi Arabia. This was never disclosed before payment, despite my repeated questions, and it contradicts the reshipment policy published on their website.
My total loss exceeds $900. These are documented facts supported by emails, tracking information, and website screenshots. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from Zphcstore.com. Avoid them

Then instead of fixing the situation, John threatened to cancel my order and keep my money because he didn’t like my tone. That’s not just unprofessional—that’s shady as hell.
And here’s the kicker: the same day I went off on him is when they finally decided to ship something. But even then, they screwed it up. I only received half my order—the TB-500. The BPC-157, worth close to $500, was completely missing.

Have placed 4 orders over the last 2 years with this company and this last experience will be my last. Ordered my 6 months of TRT like normal, received the email with payment info and paid them. To my bewilderment was sent a notification from a international shipping service a couple days later, I pay $20 extra a vial for my Spectrum Pharma Testo C to be sent domestically so I knew there was a problem. zphcstore.net is a terrible company. I placed an order on November 20th, received a tracking link, but the shipping company requested extra fees. I didn't pay and contacted zphcstore.net to resolve the problem. Only on December 23rd did I receive another tracking link, but today, January 14th, I still haven't received anything, and the tracking information shows that it was delivered. Since my first complaint, they haven't responded to any emails or messages.
