My Experience with Zphcstore.com I placed an order of around $900 shipped to Saudi Arabia. Before paying, I contacted the company several times with questions about shipping to Saudi, customs risks, and delivery. They assured me they usually ship to Saudi Arabia without any problem. I went ahead based on that answer and on their website, which stated delivery in 8 to 10 days and a policy that orders stuck at customs or lost in transit could be reshipped. After payment, communication dropped sharply. Important questions were ignored and replies became very short. My shipment was seized by Saudi customs and sent back to China. When I contacted ZPHC, and specifically their representative John, they refused to reship my order or refund my money. Instead, John offered me a 30% discount on my next order, as if I would pay them again after losing my first order completely. After that, he stopped replying to my messages and emails. I was told they do not refund or reship seized orders to Saudi Arabia. This was never disclosed before payment, despite my repeated questions, and it contradicts the reshipment policy published on their website. My total loss exceeds $900.
