The customer service is excellent and they always respond next business day.
I am very happy with their X431 diagnostic tools. I recommend the higher end units as they are comparable to units costing up to 5x the price on the market and cover all makes and models.

I got in touch with Ivan to ask what could be done so I could update my scanner. He got in touch with me very quickly I asked him for help updating my scan tool, he got back to me with the update super fast and with a great price and even instructions for installing the codes which was extremely helpful, He's a great guy and he knows the equipment which to me if fantastic and I know 42 years in the automotive trade it's great to deal with a person who's concerned for your satisfaction. I am Ivan's English teacher, and I have known her for quite some time. While I haven't had the chance to use the products from her company, I have witnessed her commitment to excellence and her genuine passion for customer satisfaction through our interactions. Ivan is honest, hardworking, responsive, and incredibly reliable. She goes above and beyond to ensure her customers are happy, and you can count on her for anything. I believe this same dedication and integrity are reflected in her business. If you’re considering a purchase, know that you’re dealing with someone who truly cares about her customers and their needs.
