用户怎么说
Great company!
I partnered with them about 6 months ago and have been very pleased with their service. The are fast, reliable, and very friendly. I have had a few packages shipped to wrong addresses and Xianchao logistics was extremely helpful in tracking them down and having them resell weed to the correct location. The agents build personal relationships with you which makes it feel like they care about your needs (which they do). I plan to continue my business with them and hope to scale in the future.

The best E-Commerce partners
Xianchao are After 5 years of experience in Ecommerce and Dropshipping and several logistic problems with different agents in China. I finally found my ideal partner who has been accompanying me for 3 months now to manage all the tasks of sourcing products, negotiating with suppliers, managing transport concerns and moore I would like to thank the whole team for their daily support and for their professional and kind services.
Clear workflow and takes pride in work
I would like to thank Betty and team for their professionalism. From sourcing of my items, negotiating with suppliers, secure packaging of parcels, order tracking and billing, they are more organized than other service providers that I have tried. I have no problems communicating in English via email or text which is a huge plus for me. Gone were the days when I need to use google translate to guess the replies from logistics partners. They helped me with all the mundane logistics admin which I dread. Now I only need to deal with one person and everything gets done. Would highly recommend Betty and team from Xianchao.

I have partnered with Xianchao for over a month now and I must say their services thus far have been outstanding. They’re efficient, easy to communicate with and place alot of emphasis on quality inspection which is vital for anyone dropshipping and doing Ecom in general. They offer a wide range of services and are ideal for both beginners looking to grow their businesses and those looking to scale massively. They’ve been a game changer for our brand so far not just in terms of faster shipping but product quality as well. I highly recommend them.
