Our cooperation with Xianchao Logistics started in the middle of January and it was always possible to reach one of the team members in case questions came up or things had to be clarified. I started with Xianchao last month and it's a night and day difference vs working with suppliers off Aliexpress or CJDropshipping. They are extremely responsive, helpful, and transparent and they speak and understand English extremely well so there are never any misunderstandings. I had 2 calls with them before starting and they were able to address all questions or concerns I had, they understand that long-term growth for me means long-term growth for them in contrast to other suppliers who will just screw you over for short-term profit. They were also able to put branded thank you cards in my packages which creates that nice branded experience. On top of this, their prices are very competitive and they deliver on the shipping times they promise. I am definitely going to use Xianchao for all my future dropshipping business ventures, I wish I found them sooner because I could have avoided a bunch of headaches.

I have a Shopify store and partnered with Xianchao Logistics for the past few months. Xianchao has always been VERY dependable, kind and accommodating to my needs as a small business owner. A huge problem that I had was shipping and navigating the regulations of the EU, and partnering with Xianchao took this problem off my hands and solved my problems completely. Xianchao is also different from others because I can communicate with team members very efficiently, and everyone is kept in the loop. Everyone is looking out for each other, and billing is kept VERY transparent. Nothing is hidden. Because of this, my future plans are to grow to become a big business with Xianchao Logistics as my partner. Things are starting to take off on my business, and I can truly see it happening! The company has been very easy to communicate with and they are very attentive to the needs of our business. Incredible people. I have worked with this company for almost 1 year and it has been the best experience. 3 ways to describe them would have to be professional, responsive & always putting your business first. I found using aliexpress to be a lot of hassle and for my best sellers especially. They were able to help improve delivery time and are always on hand to help with any product issues or deliveries that get returned to sender. I will continue to work with Xianchao logistics and would recommend them to anybody who is looking to streamline there online business.
