Scam company. Ordered a sweater, received a t-shirt. Refuse to issue return label for return. Instead, offered 15% discount (on bait and switch item which I do not want), then 40%, then 45%. Won’t keep for free. WARNING

The products listed on this site were completely different from the ones I actually received. They are poor quality, thin and have a strong odour. I warn you, do not buy clothes from here.

the clothes are NOTHING like advertised photos on the website. Tops that are supposed to be knitted are just a "print" of knitted designs. there is zero embroidery, texture, or use of special fabrics. TOTAL GARBAGE.
Disgusting dresses
Absolutely disgusted at what this company sent me. I ordered 2 different dresses to be worn very soon at special occasions. Both dresses were not even worth the postage, never mind the actual material. The advertised dresses were stunning, beautiful, with embroidered roses on linen. What actually arrived, were printed copies of the dresses on a very much inferior polyester and spandex material. Horrible! This company is a scam, do not trust them with any kind of order!..as for a refund? I am putting this down to a very bad experience, because it seems, they make it very difficult to return and get a full/partial refund..the saying is, 'if it looks too good to be true' it really is! Just don't buy!!!

If you paid with PayPal you might be able to get your money back. You can also report them to the Chines Embassy Trade department. They need to be shut down!

I received a stupid blouse that has nothing to do with what I ordered. Super bad and plastic material, like a horrible oilcloth. I don't even know how to describe the horrendousness I received ........I can't give 0 -zero stars and I don't even know how on earth to send it back because it's not good for kitchen towels because it's not absorbent

I would rate them a zero, but can't. The two knit sweaters I ordered were horrible. Made of cheap material and too small. I emailed them, and they asked me to send a picture to investigate. These Chinese companies want to indoctrinate Americans to buy their cheap, ugly clothes, but surprisingly, they make the photos in the catalog look like original knitted clothes. The items I received did not look like the pictures. Xiruilai is a deceiving company. It took forever to arrive at my home. The outcome was a product with a poor appearance, unfitting, and uncomfortable. Instead of telling me where to send their ugly clothes, they ignore me to pass their 15-day return policy, and their policy is for Americans to pay to export their deceiving clothing back to China for double the cost of what I paid for. Very unethical, China is on another continent, and they took their sweet time delivering their horrible products. But expect US citizens to hurry up to return the item, or "you will not get your money back". I do not expect my money back. Is there a way to report them to the Chamber of Commerce?
Awful!
The items that I received did not look anything like the pictures advertised. The clothes use a standard fabric with cheap prints. They look cheaply mass produced and the tops are baggy and ugly. You have 15 days to send the items back to China (once you have emailed back and forth + meet all their requirements). Awful!
Not as advertised. Sham
What was actually shipped to me was definitely not even close to what was modeled in their website. Cheap fabric. Dress looked NOTHING like the one I selected,different cut,no embroidery, totally different style,now I see why all the reviews are negative. This company is a sham.

Pinterest and their fraudulent advertisements
I ordered a garment featured on Pinterest from this company. It was described as a vintage linen embroidered patchwork tunic, and cost £27.99. When it arrived, a couple of weeks later, it bore scant relation to the photograph in the advertisement, and was a new, polyester, printed t-shirt that was worth pennies. I contacted Xiruilai and requested a full refund, as l had not received the item l ordered. The response came from a trader selling the products advertised on the site, offering me a 15% refund, or a complicated and expensive return process which would have left me paying for the postage on both outward and return journeys. I also contacted Pinterest, who said they would investigate, but the sponsored website is still running its ads for the garment and others like it. Other websites also show this range of clothing, which is identified as Purple Rose, so Xiruilai is only one of many vendors. I believe Pinterest is acting as unscrupulously as Xiruilai.com and those other websites misrepresenting their products, and would urge shoppers to check all vendors on Trustpilot before committing to a purchase.

Do not use this company knitted garment was advertised cheap material with a print of a knitted garment arrived with me. The garment cost 35.00 they offered me 15% which is 5.25 They also pretty much stated your parcel could be lost in post on return so don't expect a refund from us THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL
FAKE, HORRIBLE DRESSES
This is what happens when you don't read the reviews BEFORE ordering! Received my polyester dress in the mail today. It's not the beautiful dress they show on their website. It's more like a picture printed on the dress. Horrible!! And I understand from all of the other people on here that you have to pay the fees to return it! So sad that these people don't have a life or any respect for themselves by selling fakes to the public and then ripping them off! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS SITE!! YOU WILL NOT GET WHAT IS IN THE PICTURE!!

These items are NOT knit sweaters!! It is a polyester type material that is a picture of a knitted sweater and not even a good picture! I ordered 3 different "sweaters" and none are like the photo's advertised on this website! VERY DISSAPOINTED!!

Don't buy from these if you want the item you've ordered to be like the listing photos. I ordered 2 sweaters which I was really looking forward to receiving, when they eventually came they weren't even sweaters just prints on material. I could return them, but yes, I had to pay to send them back & the custom payment too, or they offered 10% of £68 ...£6.80 & they were not as described! I've ended up keeping them,and asked for the 10%, I still waiting for it ! It's a scam DON"T give them your money!!

I wouldn't even give this a one-star rating. What a total piece of junk. Instead of a beautiful sweater, it's a blurry print on fabric that barely resembles what their site shows. Total trash. I wouldn't even take it to Goodwill after opening it. So disappointing. Don't trust these people.
Fake, Ai generaded clothes
I saw a picture online wich get me to watch a bit closer. But i can tell you that the Stuff is 100% ai generadet fake. You could never knit something in that way and the people on the pictures are looking like comic figures. So please take a closer look bevore you think about bying something nowdays.
