What people say

Absolute positive garbage and product totally misrepresented

This is the biggest disappointment I have ever had ordering online. The company totally misrepresents their products on their website. They don’t look anything remotely like what is shown. I examined the pictures on your website thoroughly and was very impressed with the detail shown and because the images reflected clothing with three dimensional flowers and lace. This is the reason I bought the items I did. The product sent is not three dimensional in the least, nor are there any lace on the items. The necklines and the sleeves are not the same. In fact, I would not be caught dead wearing any of these products. If I could give a zero rating I would. Total, total scammers. I wish I had check the review prior to buying. My bad.

Same complaint as other reviewers

Same complaint as other reviewers (I regret not seeing that before I ordered…). The product they sent looks NOTHING like the website images. It's frustrating that there is no way to stop this practice. I contacted the company about returning the shirts I ordered, and they (despite what their “return policy “ suggests) said I would have to pay US Post costs, and implied that my return might get lost in the return process. Avoid this company.

SCAM!

SCAM!! I ordered a “linen tunic with embroidered flowers” . After a lengthy wait, I received a cheap synthetic t-shirt with the design printed on the fabric. After reaching out to customer service, I learned that the effort and cost of returning the item was prohibitive. They offered me a 15% refund instead. I’m still furious. Total ripoff!!

A complete scam

The photo and the product wasn't similar at all! An awful dress that is not possible to use. When I wrote back to them they offered me to send the product in return, but made the process very complicated and almost impossible. The only thing they offered me was 15% refund, but that is not fair considering that I didn't receive what I ordered. My kids tell me that we should understand that the photos on Xirulai's webpage are AI, but I didn't discover that, and it is still unethical and a fraud.

This site is a scam

This site is a scam. I recently bought a Viking Celtic knot for women, which I paid about $73, and to my surprise, the item is nothing like the picture in the website, the quality is terrible, and the “knit” is printed, not actual knitting. I emailed them to return the item and asked for a full refund since the product advertised in the website is very misleading, to which the replied with a very complicated return instructions and the option to get 25% refund and keeping the item. The refund was never issued and the website is no longer available. So be aware.

As most everyone has noted

As most everyone has noted, the shipped product is nothing like what the picture in various advertising channels. They claim the product is "knitted," in reference to the Viking Knit Leggings but what is received is a cheap, printed on cloth image of a pattern similar to the one in the ad. The material is "knitted" in a technical sense (all stretch fabric is machine knitted), but the highly textured, viking knot crochet knit as pictured all over their web-based advertising is not what you will get. Do NOT order this product. Not worth the money spent.

I would strongly recommend avoiding…

I would strongly recommend avoiding xiruilai.com. This website has all the hallmarks of a classic webshop scam. First, the site is very new, having only been registered a few months ago. Second, there is absolutely no information about who actually owns or runs the company—no registration number, no office address, and no real customer service phone number. The products they advertise use photos stolen from other legitimate brands, which usually means that if you receive anything at all, it will be a poor-quality imitation that looks nothing like the picture. Many of these sites are set up just to harvest credit card details or take money without ever shipping the goods. Do not be fooled by the low prices or the professional-looking layout; it is a template designed to look real. Stay safe and shop elsewhere.

One star is to good

One star is to good, i wished I seen the reviews before I bought. Picture are deceiving. Here i was expecting something nice and got trash. Not once but twice. DON'T BUY THIS IS A SCAM FROM CHINA. THEY'LL EXPECT YOU TO PAY MORE FOR SHIPPING. AND DON'T OFFER FULL REFUND. WHY DON'T I JUST BEND OVER SO THEY CAN STICK ME SOME MORE. I WAS WONDERING WHY THEY TALKED TOYS AND HAD CLOTHES.

I received the tops

I received the tops, excited to see what they are like. Well, they are NOTHING like the pictures. The material is horrible, the design is a tiny fraction of how it looks on the website. They haven't responded to me to return them. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Absolute rip off

Absolute rip off. The items received are nothing like the advertised ones on the website. When you try to arrange a refund they hit you with 'you have to pay for return but don't use tracked services, it's risky and it might get lost'. Luckily I managed to dispute it through my bank and got a full refund that way. Avoid.

Total scam operation

Total scam operation. Bait and switch: the picture shown is something really good, the product received is absolute trash. If you want a refund, you have to ship the item back to them (in Hong Kong) at your expense and at best they'll offer a small fraction of the purchase price. The business model is to scam people with one-time purchases.
