Xtreme Lashes by Jo Mousselli 回复2023-05-11We are pleased to let you know that you did, in fact, earn Classic Certification during your first 4-day Live Online Training, but regret to learn that you struggled during our Advanced Omni Volume Training and did not get Advanced Certified. As you know, we offer all of our stylists 1-1 live online support with our Certified Trainers/Troubleshooters and we encourage you to take advantage of this great opportunity! In addition, we offer you the opportunity to return for a complimentary 1-day retake to give you another chance to achieve Advanced Certification after practicing in the areas in which you struggled. Finally, we offer several Online Education modules to which you have access before, during and after training to prepare and remind you on different steps of the process – this includes the module on placing the under eye patches with which you seemed to have experienced some confusion.
We do our very best to prepare each student for their upcoming training, ensure they have ample opportunities to get the assistance they need from the trainer in group settings and during 1-1 time, and provide continued support to stylists as they build a successful career in Lashing.
We know the Advanced Omni Volume training is a more challenging one, intended to take experienced Lash Stylists to the next level, and we strongly encourage all students to get ample practice between their first Classic training and the Advanced one to ensure they are ready to learn these more advanced skills. We know you were very excited to get trained in Volume applications, and wanted to jump into an Advanced Training right after learning the basic skills even though it was not recommended. Although it may have been too soon for you, we know you can be very successful with more practice, and we are here for you every step of the way to get the additional help and guidance you need to be successful.
