Hi Patoshia, We regretted to hear that you encountered some difficulties when working with the FlexFusion with Rapid Cure Technology Black adhesive during your first purchase and experienced some irritation. As you know, there are a variety of factors that can impact adhesive functionality as well as potential irritation during lash application and we thank you for taking the time to speak with one of our Certified Xtreme Lashes Trainer & Troubleshooters for assistance. For suspected allergic reactions, the best thing to do is follow up with your primary care provider to be sure you do not have an allergy to cyanoacrylate adhesives, especially if you have had irritation to other adhesives in the past. Additionally, the best way to learn to use the full line of Xtreme Lashes eyelash extensions application products, including our one-of-a-kind Flexfusion adhesive, is to experience our Live Online Training. Thank you so much for being a valued Xtreme Lashes customer for so many years. You are appreciated. Yes, the global supply chain issues have even affected us. Our sophisticated supply chain team with its advanced algorithms did not fully anticipate the significant global component delays. While this has been excruciating for Jo Mousselli and our team to endure because of the impact to our customers, we have performed relatively well. Our advanced supply team procedures have limited the impact to a large degree. As of today, we have only 40 items out of stock out of approximately 2,000. We are therefore out of stock on only 2% of our SKUs. We hope to quickly move this down to our typical "near 0%" over the coming weeks. Again, we appreciate you and hope to continue to earn you trust and business again.
