We have a child with special needs and although my husband and I both have gym memberships, it often becomes hard to go. Gym daycares are not equipped for special needs children. We began to search for alternatives to working out at home and being available if needed for our son. Something cost effective, but good quality. We researched YESOUL for months, read Reddit & Facebook reviews, watched YouTube videos on the pros and cons. We decided to purchase the ride-row-run bundle and quit the gym membership. Best decision EVER! We have the ability to work out at our own schedule and our son enjoys watching and sometimes joining in! It’s very good quality and customer service has been amazing. They ALWAYS respond within 48 hours! I would definitely recommend the YESOUL fitness equipment to those that are looking to become healthier in the convenience of their home!
Received the bike in good order and was easy to assemble
Great product for the price and very handy to be able to access and play free rides etc. through YouTube or play entertainment during exercise.
The bike is very smooth and the streaming part works without any problems and is very easy to set up.
Sofar , after one week , I’m very happy with the purchase.
The delivery time, reason ‘out of warehouse stock’, took almost 4 weeks which was the only downside but was compensated for by customer service.
Overall it’s a good product without any issues which I recommend purchasing.
Customer service and communication is very good and fast response.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER -- better hope everything works perfectly when you get it
They have the WORST customer service I have ever worked with. EVER. I bought a bike and a treadmill and the treadmill did not work. Instead of sending me a replacement they offered me technical support via zoom several times. I should not have to fix the brand new treadmill I just bought. Would NEVER purchase from this business again. Had to put a stop payment to it so I could recoup my money.
Well i did a lot research on this bike and it gives me much more than I could ever imagine build quality fantastic sturdy solid led screen sound connectivity graphics outstanding endless course programs every thing hours of entertainment customer service chat outstanding very polite answer all of my questions I really cannot give any negativity on the whole experience this bike is a must buy i total recommend this product from yessoul thanks ever so much mack as for delivery the delivery from dx delivery right at my door on second floor bare in mind thos box is extremely heavy great guy from DX
Very bad company doesn't give a damn about the customer. Spent 6 months trying to get my $15.15 back from Yesoul after returning poor quality treadmill which did not work and UPS charged to return to Yesoul.
My advice is use a company that understands customer relations and puts out a quality product. Had I looked at their awful reviews I would not have purchased from them.
Great looking bikes and good customer service. Shipping arrived in 1 week, which was great. The team at YESOUL are always willing to help and are fairly quick at responses. I've placed them in my gym and looking forward to a happy partnership
Great bike, but the software and setup are frustrating
I’m very happy with the Yesoul G1M Max hardware, but the buying and setup experience had several hurdles. Shipping took over a month, and the included manual is printed so small it’s nearly unreadable. I’d recommend skipping the paper instructions and finding their wordless setup video on YouTube instead.
Connectivity is also a weak point. I struggled to sync my phone with the bike, and the app interface is clunky to navigate on a small screen. Additionally, while the app advertises free workouts, you actually have to pay for a subscription to access them. I’ve found it much easier to just mount my tablet and follow along with YouTube videos. Overall: The bike itself is sturdy and great quality, but the app and shipping leave room for improvement. And if support didn't ask me to take this survey for an extra 1 month subscription I might give this bike more like a 3 stars not a five. And that is because of the poor app. and delivery service.
