Was finding a digital lock for my new home and found this company! Their locks are high quality and easy to use! it's userfriendly especially elderly who struggle to use digital locks most of the time! Kevin, the sales person, was very friendly and engaging when I asked questions about the locks! Paul came by to my home to install the new lock and finish it in less than 30 min! all this was definitely a fuss free experience and would highly recommend it to people who are looking for digital locks
Service superb. I'm surprised by the service provided by the installer, Ken. They are very patient and attend to my queries. As for sales person, Kevin is friendly and progession in explaining about the digital lock.
I installed this digital lock just now. I want to compliment Minghui is a friendly and detailed person who helped me install my digital lock . Appreciate it
I've engaged this company to fix a digital lock for my grandparents house. I spoke to Kevin the sales person on my constrains on being there for the installation as my grandparents can be a handful when it comes to stranger.
Kevin helped to coordinate his colleague Ming Hui to go down for installation and make a video call to me with his mobile for me to assure the 2 elderly to allow Ming Hui to carry out his job.
After the installation is done, Ming Hui took time from his break to explain to my grandparents how to use the lock. This is beyond going the extra mile!
With these great service, this company is highly recommended!
one of the best digital locks i’ve used. the installers (Paul, Suresh, Minghui, Ken) were all professional and got the lock set up quickly. usage was also flawless. thanks for the service

Recently changed from a key lock to a digital lock
Recently changed from a key lock to a digital lock, and it’s honestly “life changing”. So much easier to use and theres no need to worry if you’ve brought your keys out with you or not. High quality digital lock, highly recommend!
