My 1st time buying a Prism+ product and it won't be the last. The PureFresh FDR 440 four doors fridge was great and can pay by climate vouchers, the delivery was prompt, friendly and helpful with free disposal as well.

A great product with an affordable price. So it is possible to buy a high-end product within your budget. The service was superb, the delivery was on time. I recommend those buyers with reasonable budget to try prism TV.

No response and items undelivered after 3 months.

Nearly three months after PRISM+ installed my smart locks on 22 July 2026, the remote control and Wi-Fi Gateway I paid for remain undelivered. PRISM+ confirmed in writing that both were back in stock on 6 September, yet there is still no confirmed delivery date. I continue to experience difficulty operating the gate lock and cannot use the intended remote-access functionality. The installer also told me that I had to purchase a PRISM+ door closer, costing more than $100, in order to maintain the warranty. This requirement was not disclosed at the point of sale. When I emailed PRISM+, I was told that I only needed an automatic door closer that worked, regardless of the brand. This contradicts what the installer told me and has caused further confusion and concern about the warranty terms. Their proposed “service recovery” was a 10% voucher requiring another purchase. My formal email of 8 October, requesting a response by 10 October, went unanswered. Accepting payment, leaving an order incomplete for months, imposing warranty conditions that were not disclosed at the point of sale, and failing to respond to formal complaints is unacceptable. As a returning customer, I have lost confidence in PRISM+’s after-sales support and cannot recommend their smart locks.

They sent my item down without proper…

They sent my item down without proper communication. Already told them house was under Reno thus requested for delivery to be delayed. However did not mention to me vaccumm will still proceed to send. Now my parcel is lost and they mention item was delivered not not doing anything further. Basically to push away all their responsibilities. I spent so much and this is the kind of services we are getting. Don’t recommend getting as service is horrendous and no proper communication make.

PRISM+ E55 — excellent value, hassle-free experience Ordered the 55" E55 and the whole process, from purchase to setup, was seamless. Picture and sound quality are excellent for this price point — it comfortably holds its own against sets costing considerably more. The delivery timing was different from plan

The delivery timing was differ from what was scheduled versus actual delivery time. No response from customer services. Planning could have done better to avoid precious time been wasted by the customer end.

I had to miss my work meeting because…

I had to miss my work meeting because of delay in installation. The time slot of the delivery (with installation) should include time for installation. If not, it should be made clear to the customer. My delivery timing was for 11am to 3pm. I took time off from work to wait at home at 11am and to return for a meeting at 3.30pm. The delivery reached my place at about 2.55pm. After installation, it was already 3.40pm and I had to miss my meeting at work. Quite frustrating.

Awesome!!!

I have been using the 25inch monitor and 27inch curve monitor from Prism+. Id say i love how matte finish the screen has and it gives a sleek look to the desk and that's when i decided that the first TV I own should be with Prism+. The TV was easy to set up on my own without the help of the delivery guys and im enjoying my late night movies. Thank you Prims+! I will definitely get more products from you guys when we get a place of our own!
