The delivery process and installation is fast and hassle free. The washer dryer combo is sleek and color is nice. No noise and function is easy to navigate.
Great Workmanship & Smooth Transition
The process on Prism’s end was executed nicely. Scheduling & site survey was done in advance to avoid any unforeseen lapses. However, home owners need to do their portion as well like clarifying with HDB regrading approval and submission of documents (for 2nd compressor unit). Installation was quite fast. The transition was smooth. Since i had a 2nd compressor unit installed, Prism customer service officer sent me the documents (to be submitted to HDB) the next day. Thank you for the positive experience. 👍👍👍

Bought a PRISM TV+. Resolution not as sharp. But could be due to programming. Still value for money given that I bought the lower range TV. TV was delivered by Ben. Appreciate the service. Amazing price and service
After visiting 2 stores, we already decided PRISM Monsoon washing machine. Awesome price for the almost the same functions with similar warranty offered by other brands. They were also able to accommodate our delivery schedule. Installation and removal of old machine was hassle free.
