Great Workmanship & Smooth Transition
The process on Prism’s end was executed nicely. Scheduling & site survey was done in advance to avoid any unforeseen lapses. However, home owners need to do their portion as well like clarifying with HDB regrading approval and submission of documents (for 2nd compressor unit). Installation was quite fast. The transition was smooth. Since i had a 2nd compressor unit installed, Prism customer service officer sent me the documents (to be submitted to HDB) the next day.
