OK, so yilitehair was great. Their customer service seems to be pretty helpful and the ordering on their platform was super easy and straightforward. Everything there it seems like from their reviews that the quality of their hair seems to be really great and overall better than most of the leading brands in the industry. They had a very nice selection of hair to choose from them and length and their customization was great. The problem I have is with the way in which they choose to ship their items with using FedEx ground because FedEx Ground has been nothing but problems for me. I ordered my hair almost 3 1/2 weeks ago four weeks ago, and I still have not received it. I paid over $600 for it and still have not received it. It’s floating around out there somewhere and I have no idea where it is and how to resolve this. I’ve tried working with their customer service as well as FedEx ground and it just seems to be getting nowhere so I can’t actually say what the quality of the hair is cause I’ve never actually received it but other than that everything else seems to be fine, but yeah getting it to me to actually have the actual product in my hand. It seemed to be an issue so that’s the kind of review I can Leave. Take that for what you will.

Don't buy! Terrible color...my blond ombre is yellow with orange roots and to return they charge 20% restock, you have to arrange international shipping YOURSELF and pay for expensive shipping on top of owing customs duties to be paid entering the country of origin. Basically, I'll be lucky to get half of what I paid for terrible quality and a very small amount of hair. I ordered 2 packs to cover my fine hair and tiny head, and it still wouldn't be enough, and they make returns extremely costly and difficult! AVOID THIS COMPANY!

Ive had Bellami, Donna Bella and Yilite tape in and I will say the Yilite are among the top quality. They are so light-weight I dont feel them. There's no pulling or ripping. I use the replacement tape and have no problems so far. Affordable price and the shipping was surprisingly as fast as other brands. I have ordered 2 separate colors and im very happy with them. As well as customer service!
