However, when I reached out to customer service to report my issue, in less than 24 hours they put my order on hold until I provided my correct shipping address. I've been using these products for about 2 years now and I love them. The color match has been spot on and I get compliments all the time. No one has had a clue they are extensions. They are always shocked when I tell them. Customer service has been wonderful. I only had an issue once, but they worked with me to resolve it quickly. I have never seen extensions this good, even on celebrities.

Once again my order has not shipped in the three to five days I have used the same address each order and haven’t had any issues now because my address has a box number also it is an issue spent over a thousand dollars with them and I don’t recommend it

I have a friend who recommended me since she has bought quite a few packages of extensions from them and she has loved them. She buys Remy and Virgin hair. I am her hairdresser. I think the quality and quantity of very good quality hair are incredible. I placed them and they are actually very easy to do, natural and safe. The final result is amazing and makes me feel so safe! I think they have a very good price and I have reused them and I have not been disappointed. Great Customer Service. Quick response with any questions Update . I almost feel like this Company is a scam . My order was supposedly delivered. So I received glue through the mail delivered to my mailbox . The actual hair wasn’t in the package. I contacted them and they sent me a picture that it was delivered by FedEx separate . Now I have an outside door . All of my complex outside looks exactly alike . The picture has no apartment number, doesn’t show it is my package or anything . After the run around and I take down my bad review, they tell me they are resending it because I never received it . I wait around a couple weeks and I contact them again because they sent me no tracking or notice that it’s being delivered again . I never get either package. I do however keep getting pictures of a package outside of what could be my door . And they want me to contact FedEx and take pictures of my door and all this other stuff . I contact FedEx and they tell me that the sender needs to contact them about the package. I tell them this and they are asking for pictures of my door again . In the meantime , I have many more packages that have made it safely to me . If packages are left outside which is rare , residents bring them in for each other . I will not believe that only the packages this company sent me got stolen . I do not think they were ever delivered. They basically took my money .

Just had to say that I don't understand the 1star reviews at all. Yes they are based in China but that's why they are cheaper than competitors. The hair quality is amazing and I had an issue with me ordering the wrong product but it was sorted in seconds. I would recommend giving them a chance to sort your problems first as my experience was beyond what I expected. It's a shame to see people saying DON'T BUY when you SHOULD BUY in my experience. Being based in China is not a bad thing, I buy a lot from China directly as it's cheaper it just takes a little longer to deliver but it's worth waiting. Most Chinese people doing business in the UK speak English which is incredible as I only know 'yes' in Chinese, they are very respectful and grateful for your custom. No one is perfect but give Yilite the opportunity to resolve your problem, be polite and respectful and I'm confident you will be looked after. I was not paid for this review just like to give praise where it's due.
