Great Customer Service so I thought
Great Customer Service. Quick response with any questions Update . I almost feel like this Company is a scam . My order was supposedly delivered. So I received glue through the mail delivered to my mailbox . The actual hair wasn’t in the package. I contacted them and they sent me a picture that it was delivered by FedEx separate . Now I have an outside door . All of my complex outside looks exactly alike . The picture has no apartment number, doesn’t show it is my package or anything . After the run around and I take down my bad review, they tell me they are resending it because I never received it . I wait around a couple weeks and I contact them again because they sent me no tracking or notice that it’s being delivered again . I never get either package. I do however keep getting pictures of a package outside of what could be my door . And they want me to contact FedEx and take pictures of my door and all this other stuff . I contact FedEx and they tell me that the sender needs to contact them about the package. I tell them this and they are asking for pictures of my door again . In the meantime , I have many more packages that have made it safely to me . If packages are left outside which is rare , residents bring them in for each other . I will not believe that only the packages this company sent me got stolen . I do not think they were ever delivered. They basically took my money .
