A further 5 star review to question 1 star reviews
Just had to say that I don't understand the 1star reviews at all. Yes they are based in China but that's why they are cheaper than competitors. The hair quality is amazing and I had an issue with me ordering the wrong product but it was sorted in seconds. I would recommend giving them a chance to sort your problems first as my experience was beyond what I expected. It's a shame to see people saying DON'T BUY when you SHOULD BUY in my experience. Being based in China is not a bad thing, I buy a lot from China directly as it's cheaper it just takes a little longer to deliver but it's worth waiting. Most Chinese people doing business in the UK speak English which is incredible as I only know 'yes' in Chinese, they are very respectful and grateful for your custom. No one is perfect but give Yilite the opportunity to resolve your problem, be polite and respectful and I'm confident you will be looked after. I was not paid for this review just like to give praise where it's due.
