I couldn't use the service as my phone doesn't supported eSim, I didn't knew that and they were fast in helping me and then refunded quickly, I give 5 stars for whatsapp support and quickly solving the problem I had

I had trouble activating my Esim. The helpdesk on WhatsApp helped me. They responded very quickly. I could even send a screenshot from my phone that is in Dutch. After they they found out that my phone can not use Esim, they refunded the money that I had paid

Very responsive and helpful customer support: I had an issue with data settings on my iPhone that let to using home network and esim data in parallel, so I used up all the esim data without realizing it. Reached out to Yoho's support team and in minutes they restored the data balance (a full refund was also offered). The phone uses Telus network and the data speed is just right.

Great eSIM option
Great eSIM option, especially if you’re traveling to AU and NZ in one trip. I didn’t have any issues installing my first eSIM. The second was acting up, but their 24/7 WhatsApp customer service responded so quickly and resolved the issue within minutes.

Good customer service
Buying an eSIM data plan is easy and straightforward, the QR code arrived pretty much instantly. Unfortunately my phone does not support eSIM so I can't speak on the quality of internet provided. However, customer service responds very quickly and helpfully. Service-wise, I would definitely recommend Yoho.
USA real unlimited eSIM 20days
Worked fine on my first phone (Samsung S23), didn't work at all for my second phone (Xiaomi 13 Lite). I was unable to register eSIM using QR code or manually. Network provider never sent the eSIM. The product is not refundable, so I cannot recommend this, better use some standard eSIM. Although it can be some Xiaomi issue of course.
