Yoho provided me with great customer service. I'm not very familiar w/ eSim, so tried them out and encountered an issue where my phone is not compatible w/ eSim. And the communication with Yoho is great, and they provided a solution within minutes of my requests. Highly recommend.
Unfortunately the esim was not compatible with my phone so I couldn't use it, but their customer service is fast and very helpful!

I was sceptical this eSIM would work but it outperformed all expectations. I landed into JFK and it was up and running before leaving the airport, I had 5G my entire trip despite only being advertised as 4G. Highly recommend and will use again in future

I travel a fair bit and sometimes unexpected things happen which are harder to plan ahead. One such incident is loosing your mobile. I had to face it recently and the support team of Yoho mobile was the there to support when it happened. Like most traveller I have been getting plans based on which was the best value for money. They fit that definitely but based on my experience their service is extra ordinary. I hope you don’t have to use it.

Product: USA Real Unlimited eSIM 15 days. I had some issue with the payment through the website and was charged twice for the same product. Customer service resolved it quickly and I received a refund of the second payment immediately. When I arrived in US it didn’t download the eSIM immediately (iPhone) but I had to wait for it few hours. When it started to work, I had no issues with it during the whole stay, so overally it was a good experience.
Excellent package, travelling in the USA and needed a phone plan. Picked this for the convenience of not needing a physical SIM The only downside I found, you need to be able to have data (wifi or whatever) on the day the eSIM is provisioned! We were in a remote area with no wifi so we had to beg for a hotspot from a stranger to activate. For my phone (Google Pixel 7) you also need to be able to scan the QR code from the email, so print it off or have it on a phone of someone travelling with you
Purchasing of the plan was fast and easy. It is almost instant receive of the digital esim via email after purchase. Support was prompt in reply as well. However I did not check on my side that my phone is not compatible with esim. In normal situation, this was not refundable as there is no issue with the esim but the team was understanding enough and willing to refund back. Definitely will purchase from them again for future trip while taking note of using a compatible phone. Overall the whole transaction was smooth. Greatly recommend.
