Hi****,
Regarding the 30-day notice you mentioned, I was never provided with any written notice or documentation stating that this was a requirement. You mentioned that you had verbally informed me about it, which is possible, although I genuinely do not recall that conversation.
However, I clearly informed your team on August 5 that I wanted to terminate the service and requested a refund. At that time, Iris explained that it would take approximately three months to see the results and that a refund could not be processed at that stage. Based on what I was told, I agreed to wait until September 9.
What I find particularly unreasonable is that your company is now treating a verbal term as valid, while refusing to recognize my verbal notice. If written notice is required for my request to be considered valid, then the same standard should apply to any terms or requirements communicated by your company. It is unfair to selectively enforce verbal agreements depending on which party benefits from them.
As your customer, I am extremely disappointed with the entire experience — not only with the quality and effectiveness of the service, but also with the way my refund request has been handled. I intend to share my experience honestly and factually, including through your social media channels, so that other customers can make informed decisions.
I also have recordings of my conversation with your team on August 5, as well as the conversation yesterday. My position on August 5 was very clear: I did not want to continue with the service. I only agreed to wait because your team asked me to give the treatment three months to see whether there would be any results.
There was also an issue with the overcharge. I initially raised this with your finance team and was told that I had been overcharged by more than $200. After reviewing the charges myself again, I discovered that the actual overcharge was more than $400. This is extremely concerning. It gives me the impression that unless the customer identifies and challenges the charges themselves, the amounts may not be properly checked or reconciled.
After everything that has happened, I have lost confidence and trust in your company. I sincerely believe that the way this matter has been handled is unreasonable and unfair. I therefore expect your team to review the situation properly, take into consideration the notice I provided on August 5, and resolve the refund issue fairly.
I don’t believe there is any issue with processing the refund to our company’s UEN. This is a company account, not a personal account.
As for the card, it has already been reported lost and cancelled. I’m not sure where you obtained the information or documentation you mentioned regarding the card being reported lost. The bank only sent me a text message confirming that the card had been reported lost, as shown in the attached screenshot.
I am also extremely frustrated and disappointed about the overcharge. This was a basic billing error. When I first reported the issue, your team told me that I had been charged for one additional month and that I would be refunded more than $200+. However, after reviewing the charges myself, I discovered that I had actually been charged for two additional months. Only after I pointed this out did your team acknowledge that the refund amount should be more than $400+.
This lack of accuracy and proper review is highly concerning and has caused us to lose confidence in your company. Now that the refund is being delayed on the grounds that it cannot be processed to a UEN, I find this explanation unconvincing. It gives the impression that the refund is being unnecessarily delayed and may even be intentionally withheld.
This is the email with business listing, very bad service we losted 2000+
**Warning: About Their Services – Did Not matches Expectations **
I had a terrible experience with this company, and my experience mirrors many of the negative reviews here.
It started with a cold call claiming our business had the potential to reach the Top 3 on Google search results. Intrigued, I met with their sales representative, who gave me a polished sales pitch. They followed up with a call promising that we would see results within 60 days, backed by a "money-back guarantee." They spoke at length about how they’ve helped other clients achieve their goals, creating a strong impression that they could deliver significant value.
Once I signed up, the communication immediately became disorganized. They set up a new email account and requested technical changes. After I followed through on their requests, someone called to say they would "follow up," but communication stalled.
When I checked our search rankings after the 38-day mark, nothing much changes. We were already in the top 10 for some of our main keywords before hiring them. When I called to question this, they backtracked and claimed the guarantee only applied to a single, hyper-specific search term being ranked at #1 (within 2km radius)—a crucial detail that was never made clear during the initial sales pitch. Thinking this was only the initial, and then more...
Despite failing to meet the expectations they set, they refused to issue a refund. I am now out over $1,100 with not much results to show for it. I do not wish to bet on, so I decided to cancel on them.
Please think twice before engaging their services.
Great experience. I was initially sceptic as I got a sales call from a fast talking salesman, but after meeting him in person I felt a little reassured to try the service. Irene is my account manager and she’s seems very experienced. I’ve been with them for 2 months so far and already seen an increase in traffic.
Really disappointed with my experience.
The sales process felt rushed, and we signed up without receiving a proper written breakdown of exactly what we were paying for. Almost everything was communicated over phone calls, with very little in writing. As a customer, it’s unreasonable to expect us to remember every detail from multiple phone conversations, especially for a recurring subscription service.
When we had concerns about the results, we were told to wait and see, and that a larger target radius would require additional payment. While this may have been mentioned during the sales call, it wasn’t made clear enough for us to fully understand before signing up. Looking back, I wish there had been proper written documentation explaining the service and its limitations.
I also emailed to request a change to my billing card details, but I never received a written reply or confirmation that it had been processed. The payment was still charged to my personal card, which was frustrating and could have been avoided with proper follow-up.
Overall, I expected much better transparency, clearer documentation, and better communication. Important matters shouldn’t rely almost entirely on phone calls.
It’s a con job.
I was visited by a group of sales reps from Your Business Listing Pte Ltd (Singapore).
My hair salon HAIR JOURNAL signed up a 3 month “place me first in google” project for a package of $360+. Comprising of set up fee $180+ and monthly fee of $60+.
There wasn’t a physical sale contract, but they require me to go through a “welcome message n confirmation through tele-conversation”.
The lady spoke in a broken English tone speaking with a script. Asking me some questions if I agree so on and so forth. I can hardly hear, and I asked them that all I know if the total amount I would pay is $360+ that’s all. She kept repeating and asking for my confirmation and the sales rep telling me not to worry all is correct.
I was charged the total 3 months fee, at one go!
1 month later I was charged which I wasn’t aware. No credit card notification at all.
2 months later I was charged again, again no credit card notification.
Finally, it was my accountant who spotted the charges and notified me.
I called them. The guy Dean, said that my complaints will be investigated and a solution will be offered.
2 days later he called and said that I have vocally agreed to the charges as according to the voice recording. Nothing can be done
Now i know, i am being duped! Scammed! Lost $1000+
Please be aware of such trickery.
Absolute rubbish company, and the reviews on the website are definitely fake.
They keep sending fake reports every month saying how the business is in the top position, but they are fake results. When I searched it up, it didn't show up.
Sure, maybe you can say that Google's algorithm is tailored for each user, so not every user will see it as the top few.
But look at the analytics from Google. After using them, our monthly interactions have worsened... It wasn't the top before, and now they are claiming it to be in the top ranking, but with worse visibility and performance?
I can provide screenshot proof of falling performance.
