Thank you for the kind words, we hope to see you back for the next celebration!

Thank you so much for your kind words about the book itself! We're so glad the replacement arrived in perfect condition. Just to note for anyone reading: replacing books damaged in transit is something we always do, no questions asked. It's never acceptable for a book to arrive anything less than perfect, especially when it's been made with such love. We're so pleased it all worked out!

It was our pleasure, we love what we do and we're happy to hear that you loved the result!

Thank you so much for your kind words , it really means a lot to hear that you had a great experience, and I’m so glad I could help make the process easier for you. We also really appreciate the feedback about rotating photos. We’re always looking for ways to improve the experience, and comments like yours help us know where we can make things smoother and more intuitive. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review!

Thank you for the thoughtful review, and we’re thrilled you loved the final book. We really appreciate your feedback, and we’re continuously improving these parts of the experience. For a bit of added context: longer books can sometimes take more time to load, and pricing scales with page count. But we’re proud that, on a per-page basis, our books are priced at or below other major photo book printers. Just to clarify one point as well: we do automatically send up to three reminder emails to contributors who register but haven’t yet completed their submission. Thanks again for choosing us and for taking the time to share your experience!
