Have lost €120 for shopping with YoyBuy.com Have ordered a washing machine part, that has arrived used and broken. The company has refused to provide any explanation and offered us 6000 points instead of refund. I am sure you can buy a bag of Chinese Tea through them and you will receive it, but the rest of the goods, as clothes, electronic items, etc, do not even attempt to buy, as you will regret it. Poor communication, they simply do not read your email and do not want to understand what you have asked them. If you want to loose the hard earned money, better to give to the charity. THINK TWICE BEFORE MAKING ANY PURCHASE TROUGH YOYBUY.COM This my first and last shopping with them.

Terrible scammy company who apparently gives 5 dollar coupons to anyone who gives them a good review. These overal reviews are not trustworthy. They keep finding excuses to steal your money, they even took money out of my account on yoybuy causing me to have a negative balance and I didn’t give them permission to!!

I made two purchases through this intermediary. Excellent service and excellent service. Especially I liked the fact that the intermediary is working with webmoney, it was convenient for me. The delivery was fast, the packaging was excellent, everything came whole and not damaged.

Never ever buy anything through YoyBuy.com. We have received a broken part for our washing machine and the company have refused to refund the money we have paid. The customer service is awful, the phone number on the website does not exist. No after sale support what so ever. Please do not waist your time and hard earned money as you will regret it. The postage fees are ridicules and this is how they earned the profit by over charging you for shipment. Conclusion: "STAY AWAY FROM YOYBUY.COM AS YOU WILL REGRET IT"

As you know, there is a Chinese trading platform with a huge selection of goods - Taobao. Only there you can buy quality tea and inexpensive clothing. Poor, unprofessional service from YoyBuy.com

The service i have received from this site is ridiculous. We have order Samsung Washing machine PC board, after making the payment we have forced to wait up to 14 days for the item arrive to YoyBuy Warehouse, as for very strange reason the seller was unable to send the item. After another 40 days of waiting we finally have received the parcel. Guess what we have found there, yes Samsung Washing machine PC board, used, with broken parts, dusty, smelly board. After investigating the board we can see that the board has been taking from the old broken washing machine and we clearly can see that there is a sign of repairing as there was a different half way silicone filling through the top of the board. The item was advertised as brand new, but we have received used with burn smell, broken with dust covering the board. This is unbelievable. We have contacted the company to get some explanation and have send them multiply emails regarding that matter. There is no customer support to deal with your issue. We will dispute this case with our bank. Would I recommend this company, "ABSOLUTELY NOT", stay away. If you ever want to buy anything from China please use trusted sites, like AliExpress. Stay away from YoyBuy.com

Yoybuy is totally bad dont waste your time and money customer service was disaster wrong advice when you charge your account every thing was change cancel your order many times because of nothing dont respond to your ticket its very funny when you want to start live chat agent left the chat. get you additional payment be careful ** for 0.975 KG via china airmail charge 32$ ** every purchase and shipping get extra money beware that the 10$ coupon was dirty joke Totally Fraud Try other site and Never use this site Sure you will regret

Unacceptable Service

I am truly upset with my service with YoyBuy. Initially, I had a few issues purchasing a couple of items. Refunds were sent to my account without stating why. They were not consistent with their reasoning and had no valid point for the refund of the items; another agent accepted the items without a problem and at a cheaper price. I have had to contact them numerous times for issues, particularly with their lack of communication and unwillingness to help. I had also received a $5 coupon from them, which was inferred to have been able to apply to anything. Though, after finally getting my package organized, I was told that it could not be used for shipping (essentially, it was a trick with their advertisement; their FAQ states that their coupons are to apply to anything). I will not be using this service again.
