This company is a total scam. Do not order from them!
This company is a total scam and if you read the 5 star reviews, you can tell they were posted to support this fraudulent company. My first issue was that the item I ordered was not the item that was noted in the order confirmation. After reaching out to the company explaining this, they told me that the item had already shipped and I would have to wait to receive it then request a return. I received regular tracking updates for a MONTH with the shipping status. Those stopped on 7/11. After contacting the company on 8/15, they tried to tell me that my item was delivered and provided a totally different tracking number than was provided at checkout. I called USPS with this tracking number and it is linked to a package that was sent to a random address (not mine and not what was provided at checkout). The company will not honor a refund and I have disputed the charge. Don't order from them.
I would give them 0 if that number would exist here. They advertised an Electric straightener hairbrush on Instagram and I purchesed it. After a long period for delivery, I recieved a simple hair brush for $41.90.
I have communicated with them through their support E.mail and no follow up responses.

Don't order from them or you will be stuck with a very poor quality product.
My order never arrived for 2 months. It supposedly shipped from Finland. What? I ordered this from Facebook and there was no indication this would be shipped from overseas. The tracking information disappeared. I complained to Zealburst customer service via email. Zealburst set up a second order. I told them to cancel the order as I had waited too long. They refused to cancel the order saying it was intransitive, yet the tracking number still showed it in Finland. I reversed payment on my credit card. The order showed up after 3 months and I refused it. Now, I am fighting to get a refund from Zealburst as my credit card company has reversed the claim and told me to contact Zealburst. Zealburst cannot be trusted. No address, no phone number. Horrible business practices. Buyer beware! This company is a real scam and I am out $88.19 plus countless hours fighting this whole situation.
I paid for my knife, they over charged me so I e mailed them & they reimbursed the over charge & kept the correct payment. That was like back June 6th or do...I still have not received my knife...how long does it take? I will go to my bank & dispute this charge if I need to & get my money back!!!
This "company" is a scam. For the past month, they gave me regular updates on the location of my package, which was shipped from Portugal. On July 23rd, I received an update that my package left a carrier facility in the U.S. Later that day, I received another message saying it was delivered to me on July 21st. When I contacted Zealburst by email, I was told the package was delivered and I needed to contact my local post office. The post office has no record of ever having received or delivered the item. My neglected to research this "company," and after looking into it, it's definitely a scam. Don't order anything from these yahoos.
This was the worst experience in purchasing something as simple as a glass memorabilia bottle of Grey goose. First of all, it wasn’t what they said it was second of all it took two months to get the product in and when I wasn’t happy, they wouldn’t return my money they wanted to give me four dollars communications were next to none when I said I wanted to complain to the Better Business Bureau. They offered me eight dollars and I purchased it for 56 Dollars. Worst Place to purchase anything. There’s no trust there’s no honesty. Zealburst is the worst place. The last thing I have to say is that it said it was coming out of Italy and it really came out of China. Please don’t be stupid like I was and trust them.
Delivery took an excessive time, unless you ordered it from China and they had manufacturing it yet. I deliberately don’t buy from them because they don’t have the product when it’s purchased. They sell items they do not have.
The sprinkler is defective. Water runs out everywhere on it. THEY WILL NOT GIVE MY MONEY BACK. They wanted to give me $4 back, then $9. NO Give me my $41 back and take your shitty product back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
An absolute scam! I placed an order for a zeal burst power washer. It never arrived. I emailed the customer service email provide provided. They provide provided a bogus routing number. The product was never delivered. And I was never refunded. I reached out several times by email requesting a refund. No response responses and no customer service.
Actually wish I could return the dress. Colors are much larger and bolder than in pictures. Fabric is not to my liking and the dress is way too long . Sorry.
At least the delivery wasn't too long.
