We’re glad to hear you’re satisfied with the service overall, but we are sorry to learn about the issues you experienced during installation and the challenges with your ONT/router configuration. Regarding the installation, we strive to ensure that our technicians are careful and respectful of your property. Your feedback highlights an area where we can improve, and we will address this with our team to prevent similar issues in the future. As for the ONT/router combo, we understand how important it is to have flexibility with network configurations like bridging mode and port forwarding. We’d be happy to discuss alternative solutions.
