Poor customer service
(U2W Plus) Carlinkit 2.0 doesn’t work in my 2021 Skoda scala, when using the dongle, the microphone doesn’t work... and support tried sending new firmware to me 10 times, and the only thing that changed was that startup connection got unstable. And since i asked for my money back the 14. Of May, there have been total radiosilence from them, i don’t recomend buying anything from them.
