I'm impressed
I’ve owned my sauna box for over a year now, and I’ve been very happy with it. It’s the portable tent version, but it stays set up permanently in my recovery room. I use it about three times a week on average, and even more during the winter months. Compared to other portable saunas I’ve used, the quality of the tent and overall construction is excellent. I also added the red light and fan, which have been great upgrades. The unit gets plenty hot—hotter than I can comfortably handle at times—which is exactly what I want. If needed, I can easily lower the temperature with the remote to stay in longer. Just after the one-year mark, my steam unit stopped working. I reached out to customer service, and they took care of me quickly by replacing it and getting me back up and running. Great product backed by excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend it.
