Liars and Cheats.
Ordered a dress which arrived promptly. However it was very small even using the sizing guide to order it. We returned the dress to America as per the instructions from Lacemade. This cost £20 from the Uk. We have proof the item was delivered and signed for at the address given by Lacemade. They are now saying they can't find the return and have not given a refund. Absolutely shocking, we are now £120 down on the cost of the dress and return postage. You have been warned and don't think this won't happen to you!
