DO NOT CHOOSE VILTROX. If your package is lost in transit for any reason, they are unwilling to help. My package is lost and I never received it. I tried to file a claim with PostNord, but their policy only covers the sender, not the recipient. This means Viltrox must file the claim for the lost shipment. I have reached out multiple times asking for help and proof of delivery, but nothing is being done. Now, Viltrox has stopped responding entirely.
