Oversized packaging deciving customers
Mislead customers, hiding products in oversized boxes. Bought a 'Sanrio Characters' fridge magnet, '6 Tous Les Types'. Box is 7.5cm high x 4cm deep x 6cm wide, costs £5 and is a cardboard box so cannot see the actual product, just 6 drawings of the characters on the side. Due to cost and size of box expecting a 3D character magnet. Instead it is a cheap looking faded picture with a thin bit of cleat plastic over top. Actual product is 4.3cm high, 4MM depth and 3.5cm wide. Never going back as furious at how deceitful it is.
