Absolutely disgraceful company
Absolutely disgraceful company. I bought a Magic v3 for £1400. The protective case cracked within weeks. I asked them to replace it. It took 6 weeks for Honor to reply saying it was a free gift and not under warranty. I held my ground only to be told that as it was glued to the phone (it isn't), it cannot be replaced. Eventually they offered a £50 voucher for their store that had to be used within a month. They don't sell cases, so not sure what I was expected to use it for. Still no resolution after three months.
