Great support !
I had ordered 2 shelly ecoflow plugs, I was planning to use them with my Powerstream. On the french site there was just a compatibility notice : ”Ecoflow Stream”. Stream, Powerstream, sounds the same... But it is not, these plugs works only with Stream AC pro batteries and similar, but not with Powerstream. I asked for a return and refound. Ecoflow refound me without asking me to return the plugs. Great support !
