Excellent costumer service! I bought a used resin printer, Halot one pro (still under warranty). After some prints, the LCD print surface broke, I contacted costumer support, and they shipped a new one, no questions asked -but they send an LCD touch screen (I haven’t been clear enough about what screen it was) l. I let them know that I meant the other LCD, and they just send the right one, still no questions asked. Nice and fast support, thanks!! 👏🏻😃
