Do Not Allow Your Insurance Company to forward your claim to these cowboys. Insured with More Than you passed our claim for a soaked bedroom carpet from a leak to Renew. Renew made an offer of £744 from the photos and videos I had to upload which I rejected. They arranged an appointment for an assessor to visit in over a week's time. We therefore cut away the soaked and ruined carpet (after receiving permission from More Than) so that our daughter could use the room to now be told we had invalidated our claim by doing this as they now believe it was cleanable despite making an offer.
