Please note the reply from Buddhastones shop states that the dispute was settled in their favour. This was because it was a paypal dispute and I was unable to respond to questions because I was in hospital having had a stroke. Neither PayPal nor buddhstones took this into consideration. Another example of their extremely poor service.
They are the most uncaring grabbing company I have ever met. To trade under the name of Buddha is laughable. They also blackmailed me by offering an incentive to remove my negative review (20%off future purchases!)as if i’f buy from them again!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISREPUTABLE COMPANY.
I purchased 5 items from this company costing over £112. One month later two of the items were delivered. They were incorrect sizes; very small for what was labelled 2XL, badly made and made of a polyester type material not the breathable cotton advertised. I asked where the remaining items were and they said they were out of stock so I cancelled them and asked for a return address. After many many emails over the next 3 weeks where they used delaying tactics such as offering me 10% off other items to keep the clothes. Why oh why would I want to pay more for expensive rubbish?
Eventually after 6 weeks they said they would refund the unshipped items only when they receive the two unwanted items. They gave me an address in China and insist on insured and tracked. This would cost me £65 to send from France and the 2 items only cost £70!! Also they have delayed so long that I am quite sure they would not arrive within the 30 day return terms and conditions.
I paid through PayPal and have raised a dispute. Buddha stones have now threatened me that unless I cancel the dispute they will not pay a refund.
Shocking scammers. I will not let this rest as I believe they have contravened consumer tights.

BEWARE.
I have bought several items from Buykud and am pleased with the quality of the clothing. However, they claim to have a return policy but this does not exist.
On three occasions they have sent a larger size than I have ordered. I emailed customer services on each occasion and they have offered me a part refund but no return address - saying I can keep the order. Bu they have not send the part refund.
This week they emailed to tell me they have sent the correct size…..and to my horror have taken payment WITHOUT my permission using my previous payment method. I am furious. I have emailed customer services but they have not replied.
I am SO disappointed with their dishonesty.
