I have the knee and the flat piece
I have the knee and the flat piece. I have not used the flat piece yet but I have used the knee for 2-3 days. Several times during the day. I can't really say yet if I notice a difference. I hope these items will give me some relief for my knees. I'm happy I have them and I am thinking about a few more to add.
