I am appreciative that the lost/ stolen iphone has been replaced. The process was laborious because the iphone account was unable to be accessed, therefore it was not easy to retrieve all the information required for the insurance company. I understand that the company has to be rigorous to verify claims. The lost iPhone appears to have been replaced with a reconditioned phone. Hopefully it will not have glitches. It took a week from approval of claim until receipt of replacement item.
