Scam. Buyer Beware.
Welp, I can definitely recommend you purchase from Interior Icons IF you meet the following criteria: 1. You'd like to receive a pair of chairs on a deadline, they decide to ship them separately, and then lose one of them forever 2. You'd like to spend an inordinate amount of time with them going back and forth 30+ times trying to resolve the issue, and they claim they have zero insight into FedEx or the fate of the chairs 3. You'd like customer service to repeatedly tell you everything is fine and you'll make your deadline when they absolutely knew you wouldn't all along and just want to scam you out of your money 4. You like it when companies say "there's nothing we can do" and you have to repeatedly suggest remedies like, say, getting a refund for the chair that never was, and when they reluctantly do it, they neglect to refund shipping 5. You just don't have enough stress in your life and you think it would be great to experience more hassle and frustration for a completely stupid reason. Terrible, terrible company. Scam. Buyer beware. Edited to add: I am fully aware that you have to be sure the carrier has lost something before you say it's lost. But you then do not repeatedly insist that everything is fine, it is not lost, I will make my deadline. Look carefully at their response below, and note how they do not substantively address my concerns about terrible communication, lack of transparency, and a refund that they only gave reluctantly after I pressed them for it. I repeat: Buyer beware.
