We are sorry to hear the stools arrived damaged. Damage in transit is uncommon but it does happen, and we handle these cases through our claims process, which includes replacement or credit once the report is received. We do take damage reports seriously and we work with our carriers to reduce these incidents. We appreciate the feedback.

We are sorry the replacement table did not arrive as it should have. Our damage policy provides for repair, replacement parts or a full replacement item, which is why a second table was sent out quickly after your first report. Refunds are not a resolution we offer for transit damage, as our aim is to get you the piece you ordered in perfect condition.

Where a product arrives in perfect condition, we're happy to accept it back in its original packaging, but items reported as damaged go through a separate assessment, and the resolution differs from a standard return.
