Filtering Product Reviews
Bought a leather seat cover for the base of my Model S drivers seat. It took a very long time to arrive and didn't fit. I decided the returns procedure was too complicated but wanted to leave a review for others. This was far from easy and although I'd attached photos the review was intercepted by Tesery Customer Service who suggested they wanted to help but in reality we're just blocking my review. They initially asked for Country of manufacture, then year of manufacture, then a video of the issue and finally my VIN number. They claimed not to be able to view the video, although others I'd sent it to didn't have any issues and after I supplied my VIN, I had no further contact and my review still hasn't been posted. I would be cautious about reviews attached to their products when considering to purchase from this company.
