I needed help with an issue and the Lymow support team, which has improved incredibly well in the last 6 months since early 2026, stepped in and promptly helped answer my questions and get me the replacement parts I needed. My mower has been running for over a year and just recently had an issue that can't be easily repaired. I was given the chance to upgrade to the newer Lymow one plus and it is arriving tomorrow. Excellent after sales service. Thanks
