It took 8 weeks before my product arrived - I messaged customer service and they took ages to respond - they could not confirm when I would get items. I requested a refund but was told I would have to pay for that! The product itself leaves hair feeling stiff and rubs off onto pillow case. Do not buy from this company! Response to Mike at Mayraki Order 10184488 I have already emailed you 5/6 times, the last email was sent last Saturday requesting for refund. Since then I have used the product and it leaves hair stiff, leaves dye on pillow and this morning my scalp feels irritated (I did a test before use). Please issue a refund as I raised concerns to you after 2/3 weeks of not receiving the product - your website states products will be received by then, I received after 8 weeks and I informed you then that it was too late and to issue a refund. I look forward to receiving refund. Thank you
