If I could give zero stars I would. Appalling service from Apple after all my years with them shocked at their service in dealing with a £50 faulty phone case of all things. Make no wonder their profits are so high if they find replacement of a phone case is too much. I am seriously that disappointed I’m switching all my Apple devices to android. They should be ashamed of how that have treated the customer on occasion
