I said I'd give you guys a negative review when I was frustrated with lack of progress with my issue (order 84295), it's only fair to now write a positive review after you solved it. I very much appreciate the time and effort put into resolving the issue with my damaged item. The replacement arrived yesterday. Thank you. I couldn't give you 5/5 because the length of time and lack of updates wasn't great.. I think 4/5 is very fair. Thanks to C****s for customer service (ticket 93987) and anyone else who managed to get the replacement ✌️
