Dishonest, possibly outright fraud.
These people turned out to be a total scam. First the phone they shipped was broken, so $125 to ship it back. Then they say the problem is the battery, so they claimed they shipped a new battery back with the phone. Got the battery, no phone. Multiple requests to customer service, finally the phone shows up. Still not working, so ship it back again. Fed ex says they delivered it, Blackview says they haven't received it. So now they're refusing to refund after several hundred for the phone, another $300 in back and forth shipping charges (at my expense). I'm filing a chargeback with my credit card to at least get the cost of the phone refunded, since they refuse to make good on all the wasted shipping charges. Don't do business with these guys, they'll string you along beyond your credit card's limit to get your money back, and I suspect they do it deliberately.
