Price are good, but shipping very slow
I ordered 5 kg of PLA+ and a 3D pen, instantly paid via Paypal. But 2 weeks later, no shipping informations was received. The online chat is empty, nobody answer, and by email is the same, nobody answer. I have too contact them on their Facebook page, where some admin are really good ! One of them look at my order, and 1 hour later, all was shipped. 3 Days Later, i received all product, with no problem. So, price are good, but shipping delay is bad (should be 48h, and nothing 2 Week later). Support contact via chat or email is bad too, no answer. But support via facebook page is really fast and good (thx to farah Li) Previous order was fast, and this is the first time i have those problem, so, i put 3 stars.
